Sallie Krawcheck is CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, a new digital investment platform for women. She chairs the Ellevate Network, a global professional women’s network, and the Pax Ellevate Global Women’s Index Fund, which invests in the top-rated companies for advancing women. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Krawcheck held senior positions at Bank of America, including head of its Global Wealth and Investment Management Division and CEO of Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, she was an executive at Citi, including CEO of its wealth management business, CFO for Citigroup, and CEO of Smith Barney. She has been named among the top ten of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People list.
