Tim Pearce is a former Los Angeles Police Department gang officer and detective, serving in gang units in Watts and South Central LA, the gang detective unit, and criminal gang homicide cold case unit. Pearce is also the CEO of A.U.Fire gunfight simulator, which he founded after his wife and LAPD officer, Kristina Ripatti, was shot and paralyzed in the line of duty. The device replicates combat's physical and mental stress, aiming to improve officer survival rates. Previously, Pearce founded Creative Law Enforcement Resources, providing safety technology to law enforcement agencies nationwide.
