Aspen Challenge: Addressing Mental Health, Civic Power, and Immigration

Setup

The Aspen Challenge presents three high school teams from Louisville and one team from Dallas who developed innovative solutions to issues that have chronically impacted their communities. See these young change-makers take to the stage to prove that entrepreneurial community solutions can be created at any age. Learn how Justin F. Kimball and Central High School Magnet Career Academy are fostering civic power and engagement amongst their peers in Dallas and Louisville, Jeffersontown High School is battling the stigmas around mental health and using a podcast to create a community that combats loneliness, and duPont Manual has creatively linked the immigration and refugee population of Louisville with ride-share opportunities to improve their access to resources in their community.
