Alexandra Pelosi

Alexandra Pelosi is a journalist, documentary filmmaker and writer. She has written, produced, filmed and directed 15 HBO documentary films, including “The Insurrectionist Next Door,” “American Selfie” and “Goodbye Congress.” Previously, Pelosi was a field producer at NBC News for a decade. Her coverage of George W. Bush’s presidential campaign led to her first documentary, “Journeys with George.” Pelosi is also the author of “Sneaking into the Flying Circus: How the Media Turn Our Elections into Freak Shows” and “Citizen USA: A 50 State Road Trip.”
