Amy Myrdal Miller

Amy Myrdal Miller is a dietitian and president of Farmer’s Daughter Consulting, an agriculture, food, and culinary communications firm advocating for farmers, flavor, and thoughtful discourse. Prior to this, Miller worked for Culinary Institute of America planning continuing education conferences and retreats for food service, culinary, and health care audiences. Previously, she worked with Dole Food Company, California Walnut Commission, and National Dairy Council. She is co-author of The Healthy Heart Cookbook for Dummies, executive editor of Dole 5 A Day Kids Cookbook, and nutrition editor of the fourth edition of Techniques of Healthy Cooking. Miller received the 2014 Nutrition Impact award from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition. (Festival Underwriter Presenter)
