Damien Dwin

Damien Dwin is the founder and CEO of Lafayette Square, a model investment platform that deploys services-backed capital to local communities, independent businesses and diverse investors. Previously, he co-founded and was co-CEO of Brightwood Capital Advisors. Earlier, Dwin was head of North American special opportunities at Credit Suisse and a vice president at Goldman Sachs. He started his financial career as an analyst at Salomon Brothers. Dwin is chair of the Vera Institute of Justice Board of Trustees. He also serves on the nonprofit boards of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Studio Museum in Harlem, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Woodberry Forest School and the Boys’ Club of New York.
