Dina Powell McCormick is vice chair, president and global head of client services of BDT and MSD Partners. Prior to this, she was global head of sustainability and inclusive growth and global head of sovereign business at Goldman Sachs. McCormick rejoined Goldman Sachs as a partner in the investment banking division after serving as U.S. deputy national security adviser for strategy from 2017 to 2018. She previously led the firm’s impact-investing business and environmental markets group. During the George W. Bush administration, McCormick was assistant secretary of state for educational and cultural affairs, deputy undersecretary of public affairs and public diplomacy, and a senior White House adviser for presidential personnel. She is chair of the Robin Hood Foundation and an Atlantic Council trustee.
