Felecia Hatcher is CEO of Black Ambition Opportunity, an organization founded by Pharrell Williams that invests in startups by Black and Latinx HBCU students and entrepreneurs. She is also a co-founder and partner of the Blerd Factory technology consulting agency. Previously, Hatcher was co-founder and executive director of the Center for Black Innovation, formerly Code Fever and Blacktech Week. She is an advisory board member of Amazon’s Black Business Accelerator and SXSW. Hatcher’s recognition includes being named a 2018 White House Champion of Change for STEM Access and Diversity.
