Jim Farley is the president and CEO of Ford Motor Company, where he is also president of Ford Model e and a board member. Previously, he was Ford’s chief operating officer and president of new businesses, technology and strategy. Prior to this, Farley was group vice president and general manager of Lexus. Earlier in his career, he was group vice president responsible for all Toyota Division market planning and advertising. Farley also worked in Toyota’s strategic planning, product, and marketing in the United States and Europe and led the launch of the Scion brand. Co-chair of the Commission on the Future of Mobility, he is a member of the Business Roundtable and the U.S.-China Business Council board of directors.
