Justin Brueck is system vice president of innovation and research at Endeavor Health, formerly NorthShore—Edward-Elmhurst Health. He joined Endeavor, a nine-hospital health system, as an administrative fellow in 2010. Over the past 14 years, Brueck has served as a dynamic, future-focused administrator with increasing operational responsibilities across organizational service lines. Currently, he oversees the administration of the Mark R. Neaman Center for Personalized Medicine, the largest clinical genomics-based program in the country, as well as the NorthShore Research Institute and the Grainger Center for Simulation and Innovation. Brueck also leads the organization’s innovation strategy, approach to clinical differentiation, and partnership development.
