Kenji Yoshino

Kenji Yoshino is the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law. He is also faculty director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Specializing in constitutional law, antidiscrimination law, and law and literature, Yoshino’s commentary has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and The Washington Post. The author of four books, his latest is “Say the Right Thing: How to Talk About Identity, Diversity, and Justice.” Yoshino is a member of Meta’s oversight board, a board member of Brennan Center for Justice, and the diversity and inclusion advisory boards of Morgan Stanley and Charter Communications. His recognition includes the American Bar Association’s Silver Gavel Award, Peck medal in jurisprudence and NYU’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
