Kristy Fercho
Head of Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion, Wells Fargo
Kristy Fercho is head of diverse segments, representation and inclusion at Wells Fargo. She is also a Wells Fargo Operating Committee member. Prior to this, Fercho was head of Wells Fargo home lending. Previously, she was president of the mortgage division at Flagstar Bank and, before that, spent 15 years at Fannie Mae. Early in her career, Fercho worked at Baxter International and PepsiCo. She is a Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Board of Governors member and leads the affordable housing working group for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency REACh initiative. Fercho is a National Urban League, Opens Doors Foundation, and Wells Fargo Foundation board member. Her recognition includes being named to American Banker’s 2021 and 2022 Women to Watch lists.
