Senior Vice President of Inclusive Solutions, Prudential Financial; Chair, The Prudential Foundation
Lata Reddy is senior vice president of inclusive solutions at Prudential Financial and chair of The Prudential Foundation. In these roles, she harnesses the power of capital markets to drive financial and social mobility. Reddy joined Prudential in 1997 to manage the Foundation’s education grant-making activities. She has also run her own consulting practice, advising philanthropic and nonprofit clients, and was previously a civil rights attorney with the U.S. Department of Education. In 2020, she was named to the Newark Reopening and Recovery Strikeforce, leading the Economic Recovery Committee. Reddy chairs the Newark Alliance, and her board service includes the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, UNICEF USA and the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance advisory board.
