Maymunah Yusuf Kadiri is the medical director and psychiatrist-in-chief at Pinnacle Medical Services, Nigeria’s leading psychology and mental health center. Pinnacle is prominent in the application of innovative clinical approaches in the management of psychological, emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders. Popularly referred to as “The Celebrity Shrink,” Kadiri is an award-winning mental health physician, advocate, and coach. She is a consultant neuro- psychiatrist and a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, with almost 20 years of experience as a practicing physician. She is also a certified rational emotive and cognitive behavioral therapist, certified trauma counselor, and neuro feedback practitioner. Kadiri founded Pinnacle Health Radio, Africa’s number one online health radio, and "Pinnacle Medicals SPEAKOUT Initiative,” a nonprofit organization that is geared towards creating mental health literacy in Nigeria and beyond.
