Robert Falzon is vice chair and a board of directors member of Prudential Financial, overseeing the finance, risk, investments, actuarial, communications, information and technology, and corporate social responsibility functions. His prior roles at Prudential include executive vice president, chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer. A certified public accountant, Falzon was previously managing director of PGIM Real Estate, managing director in the investment banking group at Prudential Securities and a managing director in PGIM’s private fixed income business. Falzon is an advisory board member and former chair of the New Jersey Salvation Army and chairs the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Ironbound in Newark. He is a member of the Rutgers University Board of Trustees.
