Tsion Ghedamu is currently associate director of fellowships for the Aspen Global Innovators Group. In this role, she leads the Healthy Communities Fellowship and the Communities First Global Collaborative. Ghedamu believes highly innovative and community-led solutions have been developed all over the world, and by amplifying and investing in local community leaders, we can not only address inequities but redefine what we think is just and/or possible. Previously, she worked in Ethiopia for a sexual and reproductive health organization and worked in global vaccine strategy with Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance.
