Adam Met is founder and executive director of Planet Reimagined, a nonprofit that addresses climate change systems through media, academic research fellowships and incentive-based initiatives. For over 15 years he has been the bassist for the band AJR, which tours worldwide and has achieved platinum certifications. Met is a development advocate for the U.N. Development Programme, fostering awareness of sustainability, rights violations and solutions, and a freelance writer published in TIME, Rolling Stone, Billboard Magazine, Fortune, Mashable and Quartz. He hosts the podcast “Planet Reimagined.” Met has worked with the EPA, U.S. Department of Energy and the White House on renewable energy policy and with a bipartisan coalition in Congress to help pass the Inflation Reduction Act.
