Allison Aubrey is a correspondent for NPR News and a contributor to “CBS Sunday Morning.” She is the creator of the “How to Thrive as You Age” series and the “Stress Less” newsletter, which gives people science-backed tools to tamp down anxiety and live a life of purpose and joy. Aubrey is the recipient of many awards, including three James Beard awards, a New York Press Club award and a Gracie. She is currently writing a book on midlife transitions.
