Andrew Zolli works on issues at the intersection of innovation, social change, and resilience. He is a strategic advisor for Planet Labs, overseeing social, humanitarian, and ecological/climate impact programs for this geospatial enterprise that is deploying the largest constellation of Earth-observing satellites in history. He is the author of Resilience: Why Things Bounce Back and chairs the Garrison Institute, an organization that harnesses the transformative power of compassion and contemplative practice in addressing social, environmental, and public health issues. From 2003 to 2013, Zolli was principle curator of PopTech, a network of scientists, technologists, and social innovators who explore new, hybrid approaches to the world’s toughest challenges.
