Annie Murphy Paul is a science journalist and author. She is a senior writer at the podcast and radio program “Hidden Brain.” The author of Origins and The Cult of Personality, Paul’s latest book is The Extended Mind: The Power of Thinking Outside the Brain. Her work has also appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Scientific American, and The Best American Science Writing, among other publications. Paul has spoken to audiences around the world about learning and cognition and her TED Talk has been viewed over 2.6 million times. The recipient of many fellowships, she recently completed a Learning Sciences Exchange Fellowship at New America.
