Anthony Gonzalez (R) is US representative for Ohio’s 16th congressional district, serving on the House committees on Financial Services and on Science, Space and Technology. Currently serving his first term in Congress, he has pledged to be a conservative problem-solver and seek bipartisan solutions. Gonzalez’slegislative priorities include empowering northeast Ohio’s economy, rebalancing the trade scales back in favor of the United States, and fighting for America’s veterans. The grandson of Cuban immigrants, he earned his MBA from Stanford University after spending five years playing in the National Football League. Previously, Gonzalez attended Ohio State University on a scholarship, playing wide receiver on teams that won two Big Ten championships.
