Arunabha Ghosh is founding CEO of the Council on Energy, Environment and Water, a leading South Asian policy research institution based in India. Involved in the design and conceptualization of the International Solar Alliance, Ghosh previously worked at Princeton University, Oxford University, the UN Development Program, and the World Trade Organization, mostly on issues relate to climate. He is a co-author or editor of four books. Ghosh is a member of the UN’s Committee for Development Policy, the expert panel for the Environment of Peace initiative, and the board of ClimateWorks Foundation. He co-chairs the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Clean Air and the energy, environment, and climate change track for India’s science, technology, and innovation policy.
