Austin Williams
Commercial Director, Regenerative Agriculture and Differentiation, ADM
Austin Williams is the commercial director of regenerative agriculture and differentiation for ADM, responsible for leading the global food processing corporation’s new value-chain partnerships and acquisition exploration for emerging technologies related to regenerative agriculture and low-carbon-intensity crops. He was previously director of optimization within the company’s Ag Services & Oilseeds Differentiation group and director of transportation for its Golden Peanut business. Before joining ADM in 2016, Williams spent nine years in the international logistics solutions business, holding roles in sales, business development and solutions management, among others. He was most recently a national key account manager with Kuehne + Nagel, a global logistics provider. Early in his career he was a project management intern with Siemens in energy and automation.
