Bari Weiss is a staff writer and editor for The New York Times op-ed pages. Before joining the Times, she worked at The Wall Street Journal from 2013 to 2017, where she was an op-ed editor and an associate book review editor. Prior to that, for two years she was a senior editor at Tablet, the online magazine of Jewish news, politics, and culture, where she edited the site’s political and news coverage. Weiss regularly appears on shows like “Morning Joe” on MSNBC and HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” where she talks about politics and culture.
