Billy Moore is an alumni coordinator with Chicago Create Real Economic Destiny (CRED). Prior to this, he worked for the Inner-City Muslim Action Network’s Green ReEntry program, with the task of transforming young men's lives most at risk for being shot and shooting someone. Previously, Moore was a job coach with the Safer Foundation for nine years, helping returning citizens obtain employment and reduce recidivism. At 16 years old, he went to prison and served 20 years for the death of Ben Wilson, a high school basketball player from Chicago.
