A longtime practitioner of leading social change through business, Silten previously spent 12 years at Gap Inc., most recently as executive vice president of global talent and sustainability. Prior to that, she was president of Dockers U.S. at Levi Strauss & Co. Silten co-founded and chaired Reimagining Service, a national cross-sector effort to increase the impact of volunteering, and in 2011, President Obama appointed her to the White House Council for Community Solutions.
