Carrie Leana is the George H. Love Professor of Organizations and Management at University of Pittsburgh, with appointments in the business, medicine, and public affairs schools. She is director of the Center for Healthcare Management and academic dean of the Physician Leadership Program and Executive MBA in Healthcare. With research and training in organization science and a current focus on financial well-being, Leana has published two books and over 100 papers on employment relations, economic inequality, and organizational restructuring. A Fellow of the Academy of Management, her honors include the Fulbright Viterbo Chair and the Aspen Institute’s Faculty Pioneer Award, among others. She edits Behavioral Scienceand Policy and Academy of Management Annals.
