Chloé Valdary is the developer of Theory of Enchantment, a framework for compassionate anti-racism that combines social-emotional learning, character development, and interpersonal growth as tools for leadership. She has conducted trainings around the world, including in South Africa, The Netherlands, Germany, and Israel for high school and college students, government agencies, and business teams. The host of “The Heart Speaks” podcast, Valdary’s work has been covered in The Atlantic and Psychology Today; her writing has appeared in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. A public speaker, she has lectured in universities across the United States, including Harvard and Georgetown. Previously, Valdary was a Bartley Fellow at The Wall Street Journal.
