Christopher Cassel is an executive producer, director, and writer. Previously, he was president of Castle Pictures from 2011 to 2018, which produced series and specials for National Geographic, History Channel, and American Heroes Channel, among others. Cassel’s most recent feature documentary is To End All War: Oppenheimer and the Atomic Bomb for NBC/Universal. His documentary credits also include “Rome: Engineering an Empire,” “Rising: Rebuilding Ground Zero,” and “Bill Nye’s Global Meltdown.” Cassel’s work has been recognized with a Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Award for Outstanding Nonfiction Special and a Sentinel Award in the Climate Change Category.
