Dafna Linzer is the executive editor of Politico, since March 2022. Prior to this, she was managing editor for politics at NBC News and MSNBC, and before that, and before that, managing editor of MSNBC digital. Previously, Linzer was a senior investigative reporter at ProPublica, national security correspondent with The Washington Post, and a senior editor on The Associated Press’s foreign desk. Her recognition includes a Radio Television Digital News Association team award for journalistic excellence in politics coverage, Overseas Press Club Award for International Reporting, and United Nations Gold Medal Award for International Reporting.
