Previously, she was senior vice president of talent acquisition atViacom, global head of diversity staffing at Google, vice president of talent acquisition, diversity, and inclusion at the Disney ABC Television Group, and managing director of executive search initiatives at Time Warner. A frequent speaker and supporter for building organizational cultures with access and opportunity for all, Auger-Dominguez has been recognized by LatinoJustice as a Latina Trailblazer in Corporate America. She is a board member of Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and Brooklyn Children’s Museum and serves on the advisory board of Facing History and Ourselves.Auger-Dominguez is participating in the Aspen Ideas Festival as a 2019 Scholar.
