Dalila Wilson-Scott is executive vice president and chief diversity officer of Comcast Corporation and president of Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation. In this role, she oversees all diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as philanthropic strategy and community impact initiatives. Prior to this, Wilson-Scott worked in the firm’s corporate merger office helping manage the integration of JPMorgan Chase and Bank One. A public speaker on philanthropy and equity, she has addressed the Social Innovation Summit, Horizons, and Women’s Philanthropy Institute annual symposium. Wilson-Scott is a board member of Main Line Health, City Year, and CodePath. Her recognition includes being named the 2023 WICT Woman of the Year, an Innovative Rising Star: Building Communities by Forbes and to ColorComm’s 28 Black Women in Communications Making History Now list.
