
Dan Han is professor of neurology, neurosurgery, and physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where he is also director of the neuropsychology division. He is a James B. Beam Institute fellow, a fellow of the American Neurological Association and an international fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and the Royal Society of Medicine. Han has previously served as president of the International Society of Neurogastronomy, and of the Lexington Board of Brain Injury Alliance. Currently, he chairs the medical and scientific advisory board for the Association of the U.S. Army—McMillan Chapter, and sits on the board of directors of the Kentucky Traumatic Brain Injury Trust. His work has been featured in Newsweek, National Geographic and The Wall Street Journal, as well as on BBC and CNN, among others.
