David H. Langstaff

David Langstaff is executive vice president of the Aspen Institute’s Leadership Division, where he oversees the Aspen Global Leadership Network, Leadership Seminars, the Office of Curriculum and Moderators, and Weave: The Social Fabric Project. For over 25 years, Langstaff has been a moderator of values-based leadership seminars and advisory board chair of the Aspen Business and Society Program. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Veridian Corporation, and later CEO of TASC. Langstaff is board chair of Idemia-National Security Solutions and a Wolf Trap Foundation director. A baroque soloist occasionally performing with amateur and professional orchestras, he executive produced the PBS television special on the history of recorded music, “Soundbreaking.”
