Donald Felix is financial health general manager for Chase Consumer Banking, responsible for developing and executing Chase’s consumer financial-health strategy, and collaborates across JPMorgan Chase’s consumer-facing businesses, product and marketing teams, and corporate responsibility. He was previously chief of staff to Chase Consumer Banking CEO. Prior to joining Chase, Felix spent 15 years at Citi in different roles across multiple client segments and product platforms around the world. A past board chair of the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies in New York City, he’s currently a board member of Yamba Malawi, a nonprofit working with community-based organizations to build financial capacity through microenterprises to aid vulnerable children in Malaw
