Drew Findling is principal of The Findling Law Firm, which he founded in 1987 after serving as an assistant public defender in Fulton County, GA, for three years. His success as a trial lawyer has led to the representation of hip-hop artists, NBA stars, and elected officials, among others. A recipient of the NAACP’s Civil and Human Rights Award and a commendation by the Legislative Black Caucus of Georgia, Findling has lectured at law schools and speaks widely, including as a legal analyst on TV programs. Currently president-elect of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he will continue as president to educate the public on criminal justice reform issues when his term begins.
