Elise Labott is a columnist at Foreign Policy magazine and a journalist covering US foreign policy and international issues. She’s an adjunct professor at American University’s School of International Service and founder of Twopoint.0 Media, a digital media platform that aims to engage, inform, and inspire youth to solve pressing global challenges. Previously, Labott was CNN’s global affairs correspondent for two decades. She has reported from more than 80 countries, covered and traveled the world with seven secretaries of state, and interviewed many world leaders and newsmakers. A member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Labott is a guest host at Sirius XM radio and provides commentary to media outlets.
