Erin Trieb is a freelance photojournalist and editorial and documentary photographer. Focusing on social-issue-driven topics like cultural identity, trauma from war, and feminism, her clients include The New York Times, ESPN Magazine, Rolling Stone, NBCnews.com, Newsweek, TIME, Harper’s, Playboy, and others. In 2011, she founded The Homecoming Project, a campaign highlighting the effects of trauma from war on the US military that has exhibited in over 50 platforms. She began her career photographing in Israel and the Palestinian territories and freelancing for newspapers in Texas. Trieb's work has received recognition and awards from World Press Photo, Pictures of The Year International, The Art Director’s Club, and others, and in 2017 Outside Magazine named her a Female Icon of Adventure.
