Garrett Harker is a proprietor and partner of eight well-regarded and diverse restaurants. His restaurants include: Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks in Boston; Island Creek Oyster Bar in Boston and Burlington, MA; The Hawthorne in Boston, Row 34 in Boston and Portsmouth, NH; Branch Line in Watertown, MA; and Les Sablons in Cambridge, MA. Today, as a nationally respected restaurateur known for his hands-on approach to service at each of his properties, Harker has achieved enduring success while ensuring every element of his establishments stay true to his personal philosophy of hospitality. He began in the restaurant industry at the age of 15.
