Ginny Badanes is general manager of Democracy Forward, an initiative within Microsoft’s technology and corporate responsibility organization addressing ongoing challenges to the stability of democracies globally. Previously, she was director of strategic projects and a strategic adviser at Microsoft. Prior to this, Badanes was vice president of political services at CMDI, a fundraising platform and data management firm for Republican political campaigns. There, she advised presidential and senate campaigns. Badanes is a board member of All In Together and an advisory board member of Duke University’s Women's Impact Network.
