Hank Capps is president and co-founder of Catalyst by Wellstar, an innovation company and the largest health-care-sponsored, early-stage, multi-sector venture fund in the country. He is also executive vice president and chief information and digital officer for Wellstar Health System, one of the largest health systems in Georgia and the exclusive clinical partner of the Medical College of Georgia. Capps has run multiple businesses, founding new companies and growing established companies to over $1 billion in annual revenue. Since joining Wellstar in 2021, he has been instrumental in designing a bold system strategic plan by building a digital operating model to transform the way care is received and delivered. Previously, he served in multiple progressive senior leadership roles at Novant Health.
