Holly Sullivan is vice president of worldwide economic development at Amazon, where she spearheaded the search for Amazon’s second headquarters in Arlington, VA, led development of the Nashville location, and directed the expansion of 18 North American tech hubs. With over 20 years’ experience in economic development, Sullivan was previously president and CEO of the Montgomery Business Development Corporation in Montgomery County, Maryland. Before that, she led economic development organizations in the Nashville region. The Commercial Observer named Sullivan one of Washington DC’s Most Powerful Real Estate Players in 2020. She chairs the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors, is a member of the Middle Tennessee Community Foundation, and sits on the University of Tennessee Haslam School of Business Advisory Board.
