Horacio Rozanski

Horacio Rozanski is president and CEO of Booz Allen Hamilton, a position he has held since 2015. He leads efforts to set business goals and growth strategy, build value for investors, and identify emerging trends that will affect clients. Rozanski joined Booz Allen in 1992 to focus on marketing and channel strategy across a range of industries. He was elected vice president in 1999, appointed chief personnel officer in 2003, named chief strategy and talent officer in 2010, and COO in 2011. He sits on the board of directors for the Center for Talent Innovation and the board of advisors for the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. (Festival Underwriter Presenter)
