Inez Feltscher Stepman is a senior policy analyst for the Independent Women’s Forum, where she handles a portfolio of policy issues. She is a senior contributor to The Federalist and an editor of the women’s political and cultural newsletter BRIGHT. Stepman is also a Lincoln Fellow with the Claremont Institute. Previously, she spent eight years in education policy, including as director of education and workforce development at the American Legislative Exchange Council. She also held positions with National School Choice Week and the Center for Education Reform, where she was director of research. Stepman began her career as an intern at the Heritage Foundation.
