Isabella Casillas Guzman

Isabella Casillas Guzman is the administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she earlier was deputy chief of staff and senior advisor. In this role since 2021, she works to deliver capital, revenue-growth opportunities, and support networks to entrepreneurs—including overseeing the Paycheck Protection Program through the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this, Guzman was director of the Small Business Advocate Office of the state of California. Previously, she co-founded GovContractPros and was an advisor at Larta Institute. Guzman was also an advisor to the founder and director of strategic initiatives at ProAmerica Bank from 2009 to 2014.
