Isabelle Leighton is interim executive director of Donors of Color Network, a community of high-net-worth donors building systemic racial equality, and Donors of Color Action, its affiliated advocacy and political action organization. With 20 years of experience growing social justice and movement-oriented organizations, she most recently worked with social justice think tank Political Research Associates, scaling its research and strategy capacity to support communities targeted by racism and misogyny during the Trump administration. Previously, Leighton was founding director of Equality Fund, a philanthropic advocacy project launched by Asian Americans for Equality. A past NYC co-chair of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, she serves on the boards of Solidago Foundation, Open City Labs, and The Institute for Research on Male Supremacism.
