Ivan Rapin-Smith

Ivan Rapin-Smith is managing director of Watsco Ventures, working to mitigate the impacts of extreme heat in urban and residential environments with efficient, sustainable HVAC systems. Prior to this, he was managing director at Venture Hive, a startup accelerator program for Miami-based entrepreneurs. Previously, Rapin-Smith was co-creator and mentor at NEST'up startup accelerator and co-founder and managing partner at Idealy entrepreneur support firm in Belgium.
