Clinical Operations Manager, Mind Springs Health
Jackie Skramstad is the clinical operations manager for Mind Springs Health, where she has worked for 17 years in a variety of roles. Her career in the behavioral health field spans over 30 years, working with the most vulnerable people in communities. Skramstad has worked with people of all ages providing individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting, in client homes, and in jails. She helped start the dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) program at Mind Springs Health. The first part of her career was focused on child and family work. Skramstad has also participated in emergency response planning in multiple counties and has responded to local disasters.
