Janine Guillot is director of capital markets policy and outreach at SASB, where she works with investors to support demand for standardized disclosure of material sustainability factors. She has more than 25 years of experience in operating, strategy, risk management, and finance roles in financial services, most recently as COO of Incapture, an early stage enterprise technology and asset management business. Prior to joining Incapture, Guillot was chief operating investment officer for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. She has also held senior leadership positions at Barclays Global Investors and Bank of America, including serving as COO for BGI’s European and global fixed income businesses.
