Jay Bailey
President and CEO, Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs
Jay Bailey is the president and CEO of H.J. Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, an entrepreneurial hub dedicated to empowering Black businesses that supports more than 500 entrepreneurs and the creation of 2,153 sustained jobs in the Metro Atlanta area. He is also a managing partner at Greenwood Archer, a minority owned, forward looking private equity firm. Previously, Bailey was chair of Phoenix Leadership Foundation. He is a board member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
